Q. Looking at the current Arsenal squad, how would you rate the players on bench and our reserves? If a situation arises where we have Szczesny and Robin van Persie injured, what would be your starting XI?
"When healthy, our bench/reserves aren't too bad. Most of them are injury prone, which is a problem. Fabianski, our reserve keeper, is extremely error prone. If Van Persie were to be injured, I'd want a 442 with Chamakh and Walcott as our strikers. Walcott could easily run behind the defense with Chamakh holding up play. The Starting XI would be: Fabianski, Sagna, Koscielny, Vermaelen (c), Gibbs, Rosicky, Arteta, Song, Gervinho, Walcott, Chamakh."
Q. In the same context, do you think our squad has the right balance? Do you think the current Arsenal squad can be a threat in the Champions League?
"We are just short of having a great Champions League squad. We need another right back for cover, a #10 to sit behind Van Persie, and a holding midfielder to cover for song. That's it."
Q. For the last few years, Arsenal hasn't been fighting for the title anymore. We've been just looking for the CL spot. Who would you blame? The board, manager or is it that the squad is just not strong enough to fight for the title?
"The board. Reason being the other two rely on the first. If the board doesn't provide the resources necessary for a proper Champions League squad, there is only so much one, or many, can do."
Q. With rumours of Jose Mourinho or Pep Guardiola to Arsenal, do you think it's the right choice? Would you be happy with a Mourinho-Wenger swap?
"Only two managers I would be happy with at Arsenal to replace Wenger are Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp from Borussia Dortmund. Both manage styles extremely similar to that of Arsene's."
